  • Technical support for both software and hardware problems and in both remote and on-site situations.
  • Knowledge of networking including switches, access points, and main router configuration (port forwarding, Qos, private DNS). Specifically, in cudy, mikrotik, linksys, tplink and opensource (openwrt) router operating systems.
  • Deep knowledge of windows operating system and Linux operating systems and in their computer architecture (x64, arm64).
  • Knowledge of websites and databases (I have set up my own website for my games try: amirmahmoud500.github.io/hardrive).
  • Very deep knowledge of software downloading either being games or work-related software (AutoCAD, 3ds max, Ansys physics simulation, SolidWorks).
  • Cybersecurity and penetration testing using tools like Nmap and such to check pppoe system security specifically wan and other routers security (successfully penetrated more than 6 pppoe accounts).
  • Big fan of local hosting such as NAS (Network Attached Storage) and website hosting. As well as taking control of my local internet using a private DNS.
